2] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Externment Appeal No. 33 of 2020 fled by the petitioner is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune for a considerable period. Therefore, he prays that said Appellate Authority 1/2

12.1739.21 wp.doc be directed to decide the said Appeal within stipulated period. 3] In the light of submissions made across the bar by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we direct the Appellate Authority to decide the Externment Appeal No. 33 of 2020 fled by the petitioner, if already not decided, on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. Needless to state, while deciding the said Appeal, Appellate Authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice.
