The learned counsel for the Appellant, on instructions from Mr. Anirudha Dhongade, officer of M/s. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal. He has produced authority letter of M/s. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The Appeal is disposed of, as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.

The Appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court Fees, as per Rules. The statutory deposit alongwith interest, if any, shall be made over to the Tribunal which shall pass appropriate orders for disbursement of the same.
