The original petitioner sought certain directions from 3rd and 4th respondents by making a representation dated 24/11/2014. The grievance is that consequential order is not being passed by respondent No.3.

Considering the limited relief sought, the application need not be kept pending and is disposed of accordingly. If representation dated 24/11/2014 made by the applicant is still pending before the 3rd

Needless to state that before taking any decision, the Municipal Corporation shall give an opportunity of being heard to 5th respondent.
