The Petitioner herein has sought extension of interim relief granted on 22/10/2019 subject to the Petitioner extending the Bank Guarantee for a period of one year from 28/10/2021. By order dated 22/10/2019, this Court had stayed the impugned order dated 15/10/2019 subject to the extension of Bank Guarantee of Rs.1.5 Crores for a period of six months. The Bank Guarantee was further extended from time to time which expires on 28/10/2021. 2.

With consent, the Bank Guarantee is extended further for a 1/2
