Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant, after taking instructions from his client, who is present in court, submits that the Applicant is not pressing prayer clause (a) of the Civil Application. The statement is accepted. Both the counsel tendered minutes of order dated 28.11.2019 duly signed by both them along with their respective parties. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification, which read thus:

Minutes of Order

1. The parties agree for the following arrangement regarding access of Children- Adwait and Anushka.

2. The Respondent father shall arrange to send both children at 7.00 pm. To the premises situated Plot No. 8 Survey No. 31, Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

2.92.19-cam.odt Hissa No. 1 to 4 at village Nangargao Lonavala alongwith the keys of the said premises on every first and third Saturday. And shall arrange to collect the children alongwith the keys at 4.00pm. on every first and third Sunday.

3. The applicant mother agrees to meet the children at the above address during the above period.

4. The applicant mother agrees and undertakes that the said premises shall be used by her only for purpose of having access for meeting the childr4en during the above period and further undertakes that she shall leave the premises alongwith the children.

5. It is agreed that if the children sent any SMS to the father during the said period that they do not wish to stay Lonavala then father shall make arrangements to pick the children and the Applicant mother shall not object in any manner for the same, and the children will leave the premises after locking the said premises alongwith the keys.

6. The Civil Application is disposed off accordingly." The Civil Application stands disposed of the in terms of consent minutes of order.

No order as to costs.
