1) Heard. This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by Bindeshwar Dubey and another in this Court. Parties have amicably settled the dispute. The consent terms are filed on record and they form part of the record.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1049 of 2016 fairly concede to the withdrawal of the amount. ism

2 921.165.17 appp 3) Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) of the application which read thus:

(a) Applicant no. 1 be allowed to withdraw amount of Rs. 2,10,000/- out of the total amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- deposited by Respondent no. 1 and 2 before the Hon'ble Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1049 of 2016;

(b) Applicant no. 2 be allowed to withdraw amount of Rs. 2,10,000/- out of the total amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- deposited by Respondent No. 1 & 2 before this Hon'ble Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1049 of 2016;

(c) Applicant no. 3 be allowed to withdraw amount of Rs. 30,000/- out of the total amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- deposited by Respondent no. 1 & 2 before this Hon'ble Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1049 of 2016.
