At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Vaibhav Sonawane, PSI, Kondhawa Police Station, Pune (City) submitted that, after completion of investigation in the present crime i.e. C.R. No. 456 of 2016 registered with Kondhawa Police Station, Pune (City) police have submitted 'B-Summary Report' in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of FIR does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
