1] This is an application for relaxation of condition of reporting the police station.

2] The Applicant was granted bail by order dated 18th December, 2017 by this Court. While granting bail, it was directed that the Applicant shall attend the Cyber Crime Police Station, BandraKurla Complex, Bandra (E.) on every 1st Monday of the month between 11 am to 1 pm till conclusion of the trial. 3] Learned APP submits that the trial has already commenced. The Applicant was absent on 2nd January, 2019. The Applicant has also not attended the Police Station in January 2019. 1/2

osk 930-appp-276-2019.odt 4] Learned counsel for the Applicant, however, submits that the order granting bail was passed on 18th December 2017 and he attended regularly and hence, complied the condition imposed by this Court.

5] Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the condition of reporting the Police Station is relaxed to the extent that the Applicant shall attend the Cyber Crime Police Station, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E.), Mumbai, once in three months, i.e. on 1st Saturday of the month between 11 am to 1 pm. The Applicant shall furnish details of his residence and contact number to the Investigating Officer. 6] The Application is disposed of.
