By a separate order passed by this court in the First Appeal No.1098 of 2000, this court has admitted the said first appeal. 2.
Learned A.G.P. undertakes to deposit the entire amount awarded by the reference court to be deposited before the trial court to be computed with the interest upto the date of deposit within eight weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

If the amount is not deposited within the time prescribed, interim relief granted by this court to stand vacated without further reference to

In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned A.G.P., civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). 6.
