Present Petition is directed against purely an interlocutory Order dated 15th February 2022 passed by the Respondent No.2 in a revision filed by Respondent Nos.4 to 7. The said revision is subjudiced before the Respondent No.2.

Mr.Kamat, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.4 to 7, on instructions, makes a positive statement that, during the pendency and hearing of Revision Application No. 723 of 2021 before the Respondent No.2, his clients will not indulge into taking any monetary policy decision of Respondent No.8-Society. The said statement is accepted. 1/2

Interim relief, granted by Respondent No.2 by its Order dated 15th February 2022, is modified to that extent only. 4.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and the Petition is accordingly disposed off. 5.

The Respondent No.2 seized of Revision Application No. 723 of 2021 filed by Respondent Nos.4 to 7 is requested to expedite the hearing of the said revision.
