By this application, the applicant seeks to amend the aforesaid Criminal Appeal as per the Schedule of proposed amendments annexed to the application.

Learned APP opposes the said amendment.

However, we permit the applicant to carry out the amendment in Criminal Appeal, as per the Schedule of proposed amendments, subject to the objection to be raised by the learned APP, at the time, when the appeal is finally heard. Since, we have permitted the proposed amendments, other consequential amendments are also permitted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and amended copy be served on the office of the Public Prosecutor.
