In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of charge-sheet in Complaint No. PW/2777 of 2016, pending on the file of 66th Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai does not survive. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off by reserving liberty to Petitioners to impugn framing of charge, if so advised and as may be permissible under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
