Learned A.G.P. tenders affidavit of Shri. Tushar Eknath Thombare, Dy. Collector (Resettlement), District Pune. A copy of the order dated 21 April 2014 passed by the Dy. Collector (Resettlement) Pune is annexed to the said affidavit. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the order is erroneous inasmuch as all the relevant documents were already furnished to the Dy. Collector by the petitioners.

2) However, we find that by passing the order dated 21 January 2014, the order of this Court of which the breach is complained

ASN 2/2 of has been substantially complied with. Therefore, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the concerned respondents. Notice is discharged. Contempt Petition is disposed of. However, the remedy of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order is kept open.
