Petitioner is having grievance against his Advocate namely Mr. Raju Laxman Mate. That, the said Advocate is not conducting case of the Petitioner despite accepting huge professional fees in that behalf. Petitioner has therefore requested this Court to change his Advocate and appoint some other Advocate.

Petitioner is at liberty to appoint another advocate of his choice by replacing earlier Advocate. If the Petitioner is unable to appoint an Advocate to represent him in Sessions Case No. 1 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge (Special NDPS Act), Baramati, Pune, the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Special NDPS Act), Baramati, Pune is requested to consider the application of the Petitioner for appointment of 1/2

Petition is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4.

Registrar (Judicial-II) is directed to forward a copy of the present Order to the Petitioner through concerned Jail and so also to the concerned Court, respectively.
