Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Acquiring Body. He submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount of Award granted by the learned Trial Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. He requested for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned order. 2.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act subject to condition that the applicant-Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire amount along with interest accrued thereon within six weeks, failure to which the stay stands vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the respondents-claimants are at liberty to execute the Award within the ambit of law.
