Heard the learned APP for the applicant. Perused the notes of evidence. Though a case is made out for grant of leave against respondent Nos.1 to 6, no case is made out for grant of leave against rest of the respondents.

Leave is granted only against respondent Nos.1 to 6. Appeal is admitted confined to respondent Nos.1 to 6. Application stands dismissed against respondent Nos.7 to 9.

There shall be action under section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 against the respondent Nos.1 to 6. However, the concerned
