The Petitioners herein allege breach of the consent terms dated 19/04/2007 in R.A.E. Suit No.1217/2168 of 2004 and the order dated 12/08/2021 in R.A.E. Suit No.572/2019 filed in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai under section 28 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act. 2.
Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that the said orders are challenged in Revision Application (Stamp) Nos. 253/2022 and 255/2022 which are pending before the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai.

Since the orders which are allegedly breached, are under challenge, this Petition is disposed of with directions to the Appellate 1/2

Contempt Petition No.282/2022 stands disposed of. 5.
