The second respondent in Criminal Writ Petition No.671 of 2015 is the petitioner in these two petitions. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is personally pps

30 -ii wp 810-13.doc present in the Court and that he wants to withdraw Writ Petition No. 810 of 2015 and 851 of 2016. The petitioner who is personally present in the Court and who is identified by his Counsel who represents him in Criminal Writ Petition No.671 of 2015 states that he wants to withdraw these two writ petitions. 2.

As regards letter dated 8.12.2015 addressed by the petitioner to the Honourable the Chief Justice, which is on record of Writ Petition No.671 of 2015, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that on Monday, appropriate affidavit of withdrawal of the said letter and the allegations made therein will be filed by the petitioner. 3.
