By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 14th February, 2018, passed by this Court (Coram:A.S.Gadkari, J.) in Anticipatory Bail Application No.10 of 2018, and prays for restoration of

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 14th February, 2018, is recalled and Anticipatory Bail Application No.10 of 2018, is restored to file. 4.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
