Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent-State. By filing this Civil Application the applicant/petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 20154 of 2016 which suffered dismissal for noncompliance of the impugned order dated 9th December, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judl-I).

In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and restore Writ Petition (St.) No.20154 of 2016 on its original file.

Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of. Office objections to be removed within three days from today.
