The learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to press his Revision Application before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune. He has requested that the Divisional Commissioner, Pune be directed to decide the Revision Application at the earliest. In view thereof, the Divisional Commissioner, Pune, shall dispose of the Revision Application filed by the Petitioners within a period of 8 weeks from today. However, it is clarified that no order is passed by this Court staying the auction to be held on 12th March, 2020. 2.
