We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondents.

Among other submissions, one of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the Respondent No.5 is transferred from Vikasnagar to Uplai. The Petitioner was seeking transfer at Vikasnagar. The Petitioner was Senior to Respondent No.5.

As now the post of Vikasnagar is vacant because of transfer of Respondent No.5 from the said place on 29 June 2022. The Respondent No.2 shall consider the claim of the Petitioner for transfer to Vikasnagar on its own merits preferably within three weeks.
