Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner transferred her right to Princeton Universal LLP which in turn had entered into a settlement with the contesting Respondent No.2 and thus nothing survives for adjudication because the dispute has resolved itself. Learned Counsel has handed over a draft amendment which is taken on record requiring the Writ Petition to be formally amended as per a draft marked Exhibit 'A'. Re-verification is dispensed with. Vakalatnama executed on behalf of the Princeton Universal LLP has been filed which is taken on record. An Affidavit along with documents annexed on behalf of the Princeton 1/2

(3) WP 3178-02 Universal LLP is also taken on record and as a result thereof, the Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
