By this appeal from order the appellants have impugned the order passed by the learned trial Judge allowing the application filed by the original plaintiff by which the original plaintiff has sought directions against the defendant (appellant herein) to disclose the present addresses of the defendant and against the defendant no.3 for disclosing her marital status.

The present appeal from order is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed with costs quantified at Rs.5000/- which shall be paid by the appellant to the respondents within one week from today.
