In Crime No. 363/2018 registered with Ghodegao Police Station, Taluka Ambegaon, Dist. Pune for offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

The victim girl has alleged sexual offence against the applicant out of which relation, a still born child died immediately. The statement of the victim girl in categorical terms implicates the
