Petition is filed challenging the order whereby process was issued by the learned Magistrate in Criminal Case No.1204/SS/2007. Criminal application is filed by respondent No.2 for early hearing of the petition.

14) wp812-15 Sessions Court, we are not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions Judge to challenge the impugned order by way of revision. 4.
