CORAM
: AMIT BORKAR, J.
DATED : MAY 3, 2024 P.C.:
1.
The writ petition arises out of the petitioner's disqualification for non-payment of taxes under section 14(h) of the Bombay Village Panchayats Act, 1958. The period of election was from 2005 to 2010. In absence of further disqualification under the Act, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
