The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 25.1.2017 of D.R.A.T. passed on an Application seeking waiver of deposit for entertaining the Appeal.

It is an admitted position that pursuant to the impugned order whereby the Petitioner was directed to deposit 25% of the amount stated the notice under section 13(2) within four weeks, Devendra 1/2

14-wp-2392-2017.doc the Appeal itself was dismissed for non-compliance. The learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank makes a statement that the Securitisation Application itself has been disposed of on 8th January 2018.
