(1) Learned APP on instructions from Sunil M. Dhamal, Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune, submitted that, the State Government by its Order dated 27th March 2024, bearing No.MPDA-1223/CR733/Spl-3B has revoked detention of the Petitioner and on 29th March 2024 itself, Petitioner is released from prison. He tendered across the Bar an Affidavit of Sunil M. Dhamal, dated 2nd April, 2024. To the said Affidavit, Order dated 27th March, 2024 passed by the Home Department (Special), Government of Maharashtra is annexed as Annexure-'A'.

(2) In view thereof, Petition become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
