Learned APP on instructions states that in the present C.R i.e. C.R. No.100 of 2019, registered with the Saki Naka Police Station, Mumbai, the police have filed a 'A' Summary Report. She submits that in the event the police intend to apprehend the applicant, they will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant. Statement accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by learned APP on instructions, nothing survives for consideration in this Application. The same is disposed of accordingly.
