30. CAF 2462-15 in FA (st) 5596-15.doc stands disposed of along with application if any. The respondent is entitled to withdraw additional amount of Rs.3,00,000/- which is in Fixed Deposit. The respondent is entitled to interest thereon which has accrued, its towards full and final settlement of the claim. The respondent is entitled to withdraw the said amount which is in deposit. The additional amount more than Rs.3,00,000/- which is already in deposit be returned to the appellant along with interest accrued thereon proportionately. Statutory deposit be also sent to the Tribunal which appellant is entitled to withdraw.
