This is an application for retaining the passport of the applicant for further period of one year. She wishes to travel abroad at different times during the period from 9th March 2022 to 28th February 2023. The applicant has not misused the liberty earlier granted while she was provided with this facility. During this period she has traveled abroad and returned back to India as per the itinerary. Similar such permissions were granted to her on the previous occasions.

Considering the conduct of the applicant and the proposed itinerary, the applicant can be allowed to retain her passport till the end of February 2023.

The applicant to inform her travel details/itinerary to the investigating officer before she leaves the country and further inform the investigating officer when she returns.
