In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application before the learned Sessions Judge after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If an Application for bail is filed after filing of the charge-sheet, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
