At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He states that during the pendency of this

2/2 26-ba.485.2018a.w.appp.183.2018.doc application, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicant intends to approach the appropriate Court, by filing an application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for bail, after filing of the charge sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

In view of the aforesaid, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No.183 of 2018 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
