DATED : 25th JULY, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application in the wake of the material against the applicant contained in the charge-sheet, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the application.

The applicant is incarcerated since 4 years and the learned counsel state that the liberty shall be reserved in him to renew his request on the ground of long incarceration, if the trial do not commence within a period of 1 month. I deem it fit to confer the said liberty.

Application is disposed off.
