The petitioner has already filed an interim application for bringing the legal heirs on record of respondent no.1. Interim Application No.1935 of 2023 is filed to bring on 1/2

Heard. I have gone through the contents of Interim Application No.1935 of 2023. A case is made out to allow this interim application.

Interim Application No.1935 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c). Amendments to be carried out within a period of six weeks from today. 5.

Interim Application No.1935 of 2023 is disposed of. 6.

List the writ petition on 24/6/2024.
