Having heard learned Counsel for the respective parties and having considered the petitioners' age, we are of the considered view that the hearing of the Criminal Case No.611 of 2007, pending before the 8th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division/JMFC, Thane, deserves to be expedited.

Learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, is accordingly directed to dispose of the said case as expeditiously as possible Uday S. Jagtap
813-15-wp=.doc and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.
Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for respondent no.1 at this stage, submits that respondent no.1 is employed and she has to maintain two kids. He requests that direction may be given to the learned Magistrate to fix the hearing of the case on Saturday. Respondent no.1 is at liberty to file an application with such relief before the learned Magistrate and the learned Magistrate shall consider the same sympathetically.
