The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.1763 of 2024 (Hemlata Dhanaji Gawali & Anr. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.). By order dated 9th February 2024 passed in the said writ petition, the concerned Authority - respondent no.3 was directed to examine whether the case of the petitioners therein was covered by the order passed in Writ Petition No.12078 of 2023 (Rakesh Lalsing Pawara Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Anr.) with connected writ petitions on 29th September 2023 decided at the Aurangabad Bench. The petitioner seeks a similar order.

"3. All that we observe is that the RespondentAuthorities will examine whether case of the petitioners is covered by the order passed by this Court (Bench at Aurangabad) in Writ Petition No.12078 of 2023 and other connected writ petitions and if it is applicable to the petitioners' case, extend the same benefits to the petitioners." 3.

Considering the fact that the present petitioner has also impugned the order dated 3rd August 2022 that was the subject matter of challenge in the aforesaid writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of on similar terms. The respondent no.3 shall act in accordance with paragraph 3 of the order dated 9th February 2024 that has been quoted hereinabove. Writ Petition is disposed of.
