Mr. Ganbavale for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 has tendered to this court a communication dated 28/3/2022 regarding constitution of university grievance redressal committee which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. 3.

rsk 2 124-WP-3201-22-CORRECTED.doc constituted by the university, we are of the view that the issue involved in these petitions can be referred to the said committee for appropriate consideration and decision in the matter. Accordingly, we relegate the petitioners and respondent Nos.3 and 4 to the said committee. We direct the said committee to treat this petition as a complaint from the petitioners and decide it after granting due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in accordance with law. For this purpose a copy of the petition with all annexures shall be filed before the committee. Petitioners and respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall appear before the said committee on 25/4/2022.

The said committee shall decide the matter in accordance with law and preferably within 4 weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. Parties are at liberty to place before the said committee documents on which they rely upon. Meanwhile, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned notice dated 12/1/2022 till the decision of the said committee and in case decision goes against the petitioners, stay so granted shall continue to operate for further period of two weeks from the date of communication of the decision. 4.

The Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
