This application is for modification of order dated 20.06.2013 passed by this Court (Coram : A.H.Joshi, J) in Civil Application no. 1957 of 2013. The order dated 20.06.2013 shows that the same was passed after hearing both the sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in Civil Application and order dated 20.06.2013, I do not find any reason to modify the said order. It is nothing but rehearing of Civil Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, Civil Application no. 2704 of 2014 stand rejected.
