None for the Petitioner again. The merit list of the year 2014 is in question. The petition is pending since 2015. Though the interim relief was granted by order dated 4 March 2015, subsequently it was clarified that the appointment was already made before the interim order was passed. Perhaps that is the reason, the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition. 2.
