Heard. All the respective counsel submits that the parties to the present petition have amicable settled the matter. Consent Terms are drawn. They are placed on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The parties to the petition are present in the Court . They are identified by the respective counsel. In view of the amicable settlement the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition.
