Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No.4. We have also heard the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not pressing the prayer clause (a) in this petition.
The learned counsel for the respondent No.4 states that the respondent No.4 has no objection for granting prayer (b).
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that on 23rd November 2015,
wp2513 the petitioner has filed one more Miscellaneous Petition, praying for the dismissal of the Revocation Application which is the subject matter of prayer clause (b).
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.4, we dispose of the writ petition by passing the following order: Writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with the modification that along with Miscellaneous Petition Nos.43 of 2013 and 3 of 2013, Miscellaneous Petition filed on 23rd November 2015 shall also be heard before hearing the Revocation Application. All contentions on merits are kept open.
