901 wp 1780-06=.doc We only remind the Bar of some rich but old traditions and which have stood the test of time. Whenever the matters are listed on board and Advocates are in personal difficulty, they shouldn't be dropping leave notes in the Registry of this Court and request the Hon'ble Judges to abide by them. They must mention matters in advance and pray for accommodation, if they have genuine difficulties, so that they are not taken up on the due dates. That the matters are listed but they cannot be taken up for want of time or for exigency of work does not mean Advocates take such liberties as are taken in this case. The Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.) (S.C.DHARMADHIKARI, J.) Sneha Chavan 2/2
