1] This is an application for modification of order dated 15th January 2016 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1891 of 2015 by this Court.
2] By the present application, the applicant who is practicing Advocate has prayed that the sentence as appeared in order dated 15.1.2016 may be deleted. The said sentence is as under: "Ms. Noorseema Baig appears and submits that she has instructions to appear for and on behalf of the original complainant, namely, Smt. Farjana Jaffar Memon and oppose the present application".
The learned Counsel for applicant further submitted that as a
Dond 1/2 appp.166-2016.sxw matter of fact the Criminal Application No.24 of 2016 was filed by other complainant in different crime and not by Smt. Farjana Jaffar Memon and therefore the learned Counsel for the the Intervener in Criminal Application No.24 of 2016 withdrew the said application on 15th January 2016. He further submitted that as a matter of fact, the said Smt. Farjana Jaffar Memon never approached the applicant and the said statement made by the Counsel for original complainant has been erroneously rercorded.
3] In view of the same, the aforestated statement is deleted from the order dated 15.1.2016 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1891 of 2015.
