By way of the present IA, the applicants, who are the surviving legal heirs of the petitioner, pray for bringing them on record for continuity of the proceedings. It is stated in the application that the petitioner - Vithal Maruti Malusare expired, during the pendency of the petition, on 24 th January 2021.

Copy of the Death Certificate issued by the competent authority is also placed 1/2 by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

on record at Exhibit-A to the IA. It is further stated that the petitioner left behind him the applicants as the legal heirs and the cause for filing of the petition still survives.

Considering the above referred facts, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The necessary amendment to the petition be carried out within one week from today. Needless to state that amended copy of the petition be supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
