This Civil Application is taken out for appointment of substitute Arbitrator, inasmuch as Justice Shri J.A.Patil (Retd.), who was appointed as the sole Arbitrator by order dated 24 September 2014 has expressed his inability to act as a sole Arbitrator.

By consent, the Civil Application is disposed of by appointing Justice Shri D.G.Karnik (Retd.) as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Both learned Counsel have agreed that the venue of the arbitration proceedings will be in Pune. 1/2
