This is an application for transit anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.365 of 2021, registered with Vapi GIDC Police Station Valsad, State of Gujarat for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 114 of Indian Penal Code ("IPC", for short) read with Section 25 of the Fertilizer (Control) Order 1985, and, Sections 3 and 7 (1)(A)(2) of Essential Commodities Act. It is submitted that applicants are residents of Mumbai. Applicant nos.1 and 2 are parents of applicant no.3. Applicant nos.1 and 2 are aged about 68 and 67 years, respectively. Hence, I pass the following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.558 of 2021, is allowed;
(ii) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with C.R.No.365 of 2021, registered with Vapi GIDC Police Station Valsad, State of Gujarat, applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) This protection is granted for a period of four weeks to enable the applicants to approach appropriate Court for appropriate relief;
(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application No.558 of 2021, stands disposed of.
