Petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondents to register an FIR against Respondent No. 3 and 4 on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 8th February 2014. Learned APP for the State, on instructions, states that said complaint of the Petitioner was looked into, enquiry was made and accordingly NC case was registered. She filed report dated 7th December 2016 made by Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai. Report is taken on record.

In view of the above, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive. Hence, petition is dismissed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the report of the police, he may approach Magistrate, if he so desires.
