As far as Anticipatory Bail Application No.603 of 2022, the applicant was protected from arrest by order dated 11/03/2020, whereas in Anticipatory Bail Application No.508 M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 6 ABA-603-20.doc of 2020, the applicants came to be protected by order dated 28/02/2020. The said orders remain in force till date. 2.

Today, learned A.P.P., on instructions of the Investigating Officer, makes a statement that the investigation is complete with the co-operation of the applicants and the charge-sheet has also been filed.

In the wake of the above statement, the protection granted in favour of the applicants deserves to be confirmed and the orders dated 11/03/2020 and 28/02/2020 passed respectively in the two applications are made absolute. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) M.M.Salgaonkar
